In the "Templates" tab, tap the "+" button at the top right. Name your program, then add exercises filtering by muscle group.
Go to Settings → Exercises → Import CSV. The file must contain the columns name, primary_muscle, secondary_muscle. A preview is shown before confirming.
On first use, Kodiak asks for permission to access Apple Health. You can change it anytime in Settings → Health → Data Access → Kodiak.
Your data is saved locally. If it's gone, check that iCloud backup is enabled for Kodiak in Settings → iCloud → Apps → Kodiak.
Enter the total target weight including the bar (20 kg by default). Kodiak automatically calculates the plates to place on each side based on the plates available in your settings.
Yes, entirely. All your data is stored locally on the device, no tracking feature requires a connection.
